To access a webpage the webpage URL needs to be configured for the  Portal App.

To configure the Portal  goto :

 iPhone/iPad Settings

 Scroll down to Portal

Address : URL of webpage to display

Secure Site : Select if the site is HTTPS

No Bounce : Select if you want to remove the screen bounce

App Icon : Change the displayed Application Icon (note application must be run once icon is changed before icon changes)

iCloud Sync : When turned on the Portal setting sync between devices
