CTC SpaceLogic ("the App") is developed and maintained by Crowhurst Technical Consultants ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding how information is handled when you use the App.
CTC SpaceLogic is designed to communicate directly with compatible building automation and control systems. The App does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal information with us or any third parties.
Any controller IP addresses, usernames, passwords, or connection settings entered into the App are stored locally on your device and are used solely to facilitate communication with your automation system.
The App requires network access in order to communicate with supported automation controllers and devices on local networks and, where configured by the user, remote networks.
Network communications occur directly between your device and the automation controller. We do not receive or store information exchanged between the App and your controller.

Configuration settings such as controller addresses, usernames, passwords, display preferences, and connection settings are stored locally on your device.
We do not have access to this information and it is not transmitted to our servers.
CTC SpaceLogic does not use advertising networks, behavioural tracking, or user profiling.
The App does not serve advertisements.
The App may communicate with third-party automation systems and controllers as configured by the user. Any data exchanged with those systems is subject to the privacy and security practices of the relevant manufacturer or service provider.
The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We take reasonable steps to protect the integrity of the App. However, users are responsible for securing their own devices, networks, and automation systems, including the use of strong passwords and appropriate network security measures.
